Silent faith banned me

yea Silentfaith banned me for mic spamming in which i did i admit but for 1 he did not have his admin tag on and for 2 he didnt give me a warning the rules state that an admin has to give you a warning before they ban you oh and when did that allow him to permanently ban me Some one tell me that i wanna know.
