    Theres an option to remove it and I guess that's selected. Besides, there are no uses for flashlights in this server anyways, it also gives people an opportunity to spam it.

    It's nothing to do with a bug what so ever it's a server command which isn't enabled thats all "sv_flashlight 1" or something similar...

    LVG is right...its a server side command to allow flashlights, I just got to look into it with 001 and haggard to see if this was just an oversight when they rebuilt.
