Just wondering if you could have one of those messages pop up in green after like 1 min left of play. Saying

"If the ct is afk, type "timeleft" in console"

Because we all get muted and theres one T scared and looking for the last guard, even tho hes afk.

Though there are possible problems, such as someone types it even though hes NOT afk and waiting in spawn for him? I dunno how to get around that considering I don't know anything about scripts and such.
