Possible fix: buffer overflow in net message

I was thinking that maybe the rate setting for css was too high so I set it to 25000 and have not gotten another buffer overflow error since changing it while in the prison break server. So give it a try.

In console put: rate 25000 and enter. if your still getting the error try 20000. Worth a shot.
