It is forbidden to give Terrorists weapons?

Hi, I have a question because I almost never play Prison Break maps, I played in another server with a friend of mine and he was ct, almost always he went to the prisons for give weapons to the prisoners. Is that forbidden or is that allowed?. I dont like problems but sometimes I would like to add a little fun to the game but I dont know if that is allowed. Thanks for the answers.

It is actually against the laws, because the CTs will plant guns on terrorists, and then say they tried to shoot them, giving way to freekilling by CTs

Aw thats bad, it is that the few games I have played always the ct make the terrorist camp in one place and it is hard for them to rebel. Anyways thanks for the answer.

If you give them guns to shoot them, it's forbidden.

If you give them guns to make it interesting and don't kill them, it's allowed. There's a thread somewhere that the higher ups said you can't give them guns to kill them for having a gun.
