If you want to do it yourself then...

Ok here is how you get to special characters.

Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Character Map

If you got there correctly the box should look like this.

its not that hard....just open ur sart menu, find the search thing like google toolbar and type in character box.........there, i said it, plot ruined....kthxbai
