ok......i keep seeing new smileys here and there being added to the forum and for several months i have asked several people several times for a smiley to be added. I KNOW that its a pain, but if your gunna add one, why not added antoher one at the same time =D. here is the smiley

you need more files than just the picture to add a smilie, and usually to get these files you have to contact the artist who created them, who then wants a link to his site on your site in exchange
