I think we should get knife siphon on the surf server.

Because it does:

KnifeSyphon is a Counter-Strike: Source script that gives players a health boost when they make a knife kill. This is intended to give players the ability to use the knife tactically in battle to get multiple kills.(no this isn't me typing this but i couldn't of said it any better)
