I'm a scripting nub, but how does it work? How do you know who freekills and who doesn't?

have you been playing on the PB servers within the last 24 hours?
basicly it tells the player who is attacking them, then its up to the admin to judge if its freekilling/shooting. as i said it eleminates the doubt of who is doing it.
if you want i can post the code here, i dont really need it since i will incoroprete this into a bigger project
