What's the point in keeping ze_thelostworld_v1?

ze_thelostworld_redux is a much better version, and most people enjoy it.
ze_thelostworld_v1, however, is outdated, glitchy, and most people hate it, or at least don't prefer it to the new version.
And for whatever reason, whenever I try to nominate the redux version, only v1 appears on the list when it is time for the map vote. It's really annoying.

It's a fine map. I agree redux is a better version but we barely play it. Nowadays it's all about the LOTR craze anyways so both of these maps have been pushed back.

Both maps are fun. They both offer a different round than eachother as well.
Keep them both.

Redux, if it doesn't show in vote has probably been played recently. Or maybe you just didn't vote for ahead of time.

I don't see how V1 is glitchy, It's perfectly fine...

I think you've got that backwards, most people I know prefer the original to redux. The original has some action in it, most of redux is running around getting caught by annoying map features in a headache inducing haze of white fog before finally getting rescued by a far too small helicopter while being deafened by low quality music for what feels like almost 5 minutes before the round mercifully ends.

That's assuming you didn't just die right at the beginning because you made a blind leap into the fog and hit the ground or the shark.

yeah, agreed. i hate maps where there is a new version out that is pretty much a whole lot better but the old map gets randomly picked (when it is the first choice) sometimes. plus the glitchy spots make any map frustrating as hell
