That would be extremely hard, seeing how R6V2 does not have any dedicated servers. You want to run a server? Well, you have to run the GAME to run the server.
As ubisoft's motto "Technical Issues? You want us to add anything to make the game more fun or fix any problems? WELL GO CRY SOME MORE"
