Football/Soccer Tournament?

I could see this being a big hit (especially if this is a prize in it).

Basically depending on demand we could have teams of 3,4,5 (preferably 5)

It would be the standard ka_soccer map.

There could be a league table, depending on how many people want to play possibly 2 groups (but we would need about 40 people for that).

It might help people get more interested in the soccer server again because I know loads of people like it but it was never populated, kind of like GunGame.

As long as the teams are not like sorted out into 5; so people just join random teams each match. Because you cant rely on 5 people from each team to turn up, so it must be random.

Scores could be 5 points per goal, first to 5 goals wins 10 bonus points

But im sure most of the american folk will dispise it ^^

Grayfox there are scripts to turn off kniving.

I would like help from Xeno on this. He is a regular soccer player and I knew him from another community and well he knows more than about the mod and how we could go about doing this.

Paul the thing is if it is random it would be hard to give out prizes, unless it was a prize for every session, but if its a team of 5 that would end up very costly...

Also great idea, 3v3 would be best, since ganging is so fucked up :P Altough can have 3v3 1 week/month then change.

I would, if given the chance, love to participate. Actually, just recently, I have been regularly playing on a soccer server (ssL and Aeon if you've heard of them). Sounds like a great idea, and a lot of fun.
