What kind of budget do you have? And why are you set on an nVidia?
up to £150 (Pounds)
it's NVidia! i've always had NVidia and i trust them with my money.

I am also looking to kind of revamp my PC with a new Quad Core Chip and 8800GT since they are pretty cheap now. I am going for the 640MB since that's all I really need anyway for Source. It's like $179 or less on NewEgg.com. Check it out.

Not sure if NewEgg does UK shipping though :P.

As far as I know, the 320MB and 640MB are the older GTS cards. Get a a512MB instead.
8800gt is good and cheap.
Or you could wait a few more months and see what happens in the gfx market.

512MB 8800GT for $130. You really can't do any better. That's a steal.

Easy choice...

nVidia just had to lower their prices from 300 to 200 USD because the 9800's were getting raped by ATI card that was $200.
One of the best deals right now.
