My list is of bands who started/formed between 1990-2000, not counting music made between those years.

Galloglass, comes in just shy of the year range at the end of 1999.
Seo Taiji & Boys, and Seo Taiji's solo work as well, 1992 and 1998 respectively.
Outworld started in 1997 but didn't release anything until 2006.
Symphony X, '94.
Protest The Hero(who are amazing by the way for their age), started in 1999, though that was when they were 12 years old... I don't think that counts. :001_tongue:

I'll say this about Third Eye Blind -- not my cup of tea, but Semi-Charmed Life was THE anthem of the 90's. You couldn't turn a damn radio station on without hearing that song.

And, I can't recall any other pop song talkin' about bumps of crystal that got so much airplay.

Ew ew ew that song. Every time I hear it a girl seems to pop out of no where and starts obnoxiously singing it. Makes me want to stab myself.

The White Stripes
Queens of the Stone Age
Tool
Filter
Stone Temple Pilots
Jimmy Eat World
Muse
The Offspring
Soundgarden

90's????

Pantera.

Pantera wasn't formed in the 90's, they were popular in the 90's. They released Metal Magic in 84 I think.

Mine though,

Static-X
Symphony X
Sevendust
Killswitch Engage

The other bands I like are mostly 80's and some 00's progressive bands.

Falcoln, have you ever heard any of their stuff before Cowboys? I know they were glam rockers back then. I just wonder if it really sucked or if any of it was halfway decent.

I've only listened to a bit of the old stuff, the vocals kill the music for me and I'm not too much a fan of the style either. You'd have to give it a listen yourself, my metal taste is kinda weird to begin with.
