Yesterday i had turned on my computer i tryed loging onto steam and css and said that the file "steam.exe" was moved or replaced something like that, And i did nothing to it. Please HELP!!

Run a search for it and move it back to the proper folder

And yea its the steam folder, atleast it is in mine. If your steam folder doesn't have an .exe in it, then thats it.
