Found this on Allied Modders today:
CS:GO Movement Unlocker (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=255298)
Removes max speed limitation from players on the ground. Feels like CS:S.
Movement in CS:GO differs from CS:S in that players stopped immediately when touching the ground instead of sliding with their current velocity. This is annoying for surfing and bunny hopping.
While trying to find a proper fix for the weapon knock back in Zombie:Reloaded, gamemann and I finally found a way which feels like the knock back in CS:S.
Basically just fixes the movement issues in general with CS:GO which coincidentally also fixes knockback / velocity issues with zombie knockback.
Edit: This does make bunny hopping possible but only in rare circumstances such as when you jump off a moving vehicle. In normal cases with default stamina settings everything should be fine.
