When you are in your Steam Library, right click on 'Counter-Strike: Global Offensive', go to 'Properties' and under the 'General' tab, click on 'SET LAUNCH OPTIONS...' and add what is listed above in the top left corner into the box. I can actually play CS:GO now without having to make Bread hear me get mad over me having FPS drops and stuttering.

For the lazy people:

-high -novid -threads 4 -freq 60 -nod3d9ex -nojoy

Would that be a fix for the low FPS/Lag issues on ZE as well?

I have something familiar set up on start up. I'll post it when I get home. It improved my fps on some maps from 80 to between 130 and 150

Not sure, but I got on MG yesterday and I noticed a huge difference.
