i was missing russian food i used to eat at home so i attempted to make some russian food. It doesnt look the prettiest but it taste pretty good and was well worth cooking for so damn long.

I made some meat patties, stuffed cabbage, a cold "borsh" soup, and a beet salad.

May I ask what was used to make the different stuff? Because I honestly can't tell, like, in any way.

Looks like you got some beets in that soup guessing because of the color, lol.

Borscht is the most delicious food you could possibly get in liquid form.

Theres so much in there it would be a whole list, i can link you the recipes if you want but its mostly beets, cabbage, potatoes, and meat.

@Nep The soup actually doesnt have any beets in it, they were just used to color and flavor the broth. The salad does have beets in it but i kinda screwed those up and rinsed them after i baked them which caused them to lose some color which is why the salad is pink instead of all red.
