I didn't get a picture unfortunately, but for lunch I had a turkey cheddar hot dog on a whole wheat bun. It was quite delicious!
Figured this was the best place to post this so I resurrected this thread. Anyway I decided to make a traditional shepherd's pie only with bison instead of lamb. It turned out to be rather good, although the picture doesn't really do it justice. I have discovered that bison really is better than beef in every way.

Fois Gras. Toasted the baguette in the fois gras fat then made a cherry gastrique sauce to put over it. Incredibly rich dish but so good. SO GOOD. (the way to make fois gras is really sad. :( I won't eat it anymore now that I know. But it was so delicious ;-; )
