Reformatted my PC on tuesday and when I play on SG servers my latency and ping are normal but I keep moving so fast and I think its lag mixed im not sure.

I put the settings lower like I had before but it still continues (i even connected in create your own server and it does it there)

I tried to fix rates but still doesnt work except when I restart the PC it goes back to normal.

This is after I used AOL Computer Checkup to help with registeries + restarted PC

First off AOL and Mcafee are both so terrible they're considered malware themselves by a lot of people. Use Malwarebytes anti-malware and spybot search&destroy instead.

Other than that try getting on the server and putting net_graph 3 into the console and take some screenshots when you're having the issue, the information on the net graph will let us see what's going on with your connection.

(I think I was playing normal then with multicore rendering running at the time but i didnt realize it at first) I was checking with net_graph 3 before using 1 and I dont recall having any choke etc.

Now after I noticed I turned off Mutlicore rendering + restarted PC I was playing fine

I feel like if I play another game or leave CSS and come back to later on it starts that annoying shit again.

That's wierd, your rates don't show anything wierd going on in those pictures. In both pictures there's a set of numbers all the way to the right of where it says "IN:" and "OUT:" on the middle two lines, did those stay solidly at 66-68ish or did they stutter around to much lower numbers at times? Likewise did you notice a lot of "Loss" or "Choke" during or right around the wierdness?

I think I fixed my issue, I used the verizon internet optimizer and checked my speed and now I am playing normally again. Still a few lags but I think its from the server itself. Thanks replying to thread though :)
