Hey guys well i was searching for something on Google, and then all of the sudden my screen went blue, i don't know why it did that because it's never done that before, it restarted my computer but when it turned back on all the icons are dark and i can't open them, if you press the start menu it's just blank with nothing there and no folders, there's nothing on my task bar and i can't pin anything to it, but before all that windows kept popping up saying my hard-drive crashed, can anyone help?

So, you cant do anything on the computer? when you log in? try going into safe mode maybe its a virus run your antiviris, or your HD really did crash but i dont know much about that maybe this will work:
1) Reboot and press F8
2) Select "Repair my computer"
3) Select the keyboard layout and language
4) When you reach system recovery tools, select System restore.
5) Select the restore point when it was working fine and restart the computer.
