So ive noticed this for a while, and if there is no fix im fine with it. Basically every image i view with any photo viewer has like a less sharp image, more dull and has a yellow shade to it. . If i edit it with photoshop or paint it looks like its suppsoed to. anyone know what is wrong? i can take a pic with my camera and post if you need to see.

Go to your desktop and right-click.
Select Personalize.
Select Display in the bottom left.
Select Change display settings in the top left.
Click on the Advanced Settings button.
Click on the Color Management Tab.
Click on the Color Management button.
Select your Display in the Device drop-down list.
Check the box “Use my setting for this device”.
Click Add.
Choose “sRGB IEC61966-2.1”
Set it as default.
