My headphones are sensitive to movement, when I shift my head left, the right side works, but when I look forward or right, the sound goes off. I believe this is because of a damaged wire or something similar, but I can't contact Plantronics support for a exchange until Monday. So, I was hoping I might be able to attempt to get it fixed here.

I just bought a new one....
Figured there was nothing that could be done.

Yea, nothing would have been able to be done about it, good idea buying a new one.
