download CCleaner, run it, and try again to see if it's fixed.

Ran it, still not fixed, cleaned IE and Firefox, hell I even DLed Chrome and tried it on that and still shows the same thing...

Happens to me sometimes too, website just fucks up. Try clearing out your cache and everything and reloading the page, if that fails start disabling extensions.

And that should work, but if not, reinstall.

Ctrl+f5 should be the shortcut to refresh without using the cahce iirc.

Your screen looks like that because the CSS stylesheet hasn't been loaded, try cleaning your cookies, cache etc. Also, as Shadow said CTRL+F5 is a good start - It refreshes the DNS.
