He planted a C4 as innocent near the testing chamber (I think for 10 minutes) that he got off a killed T, and some noob exploded it, killing eeeh 9 people or so. He then had like 260 or something and people voluntarily let him shoot them. A deagle headshot did 10 HP, crowbar did 2 HP, etc.

So he sorta did, but it was all for the lulz :D

Lol I remember when I was admin at pez, I was having a fun round, I made 1 traitor the "Giant" And everyone was supposed to shoot and kill him, he had 10000 hp, and the traitors all got to 5 karma after that.
Either way, everyone enjoyed that round too.
