Join the fight for women's survival this October

This month only, you'll all be pink!

For this month, every $5 donated to SteamGamers.com - I will personally donate $2 out of my own pocket. Plus I will also donate $100 at the end of the month out my own pocket from us here @ steamgamers.com

Otherwise, please check out: http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/breastcancer for more information.

"Join the fight for women's survival is Cancer Research UK's breast cancer awareness campaign that brings together thousands of supporters to raise money to beat breast cancer.

Join the fight for women's survival aims to help women stay breast aware and understand the risks of breast cancer."

Males, you're also affected. http://www.macmillan.org.uk/Cancerinformation/Cancertypes/Breastmale/Aboutbreastcancerinmen/Mensbreasts.aspx

Together we can beat cancer.

It really isn't about donating, it's more that I want to make you all aware of Breast Cancer month, also, it's best to donate directly to them. I'm saying as a bonus, whoever donates this month, I will donate money to the charity.

I am aware of breasts garf, and enjoy them to boot. I don't even mind supporting them... as that means a decided lack of a bra.

in serious news lots of women suffer from this, moms sisters girlfriends, even guys pretending to be girls on the interwebs and weebos.

so support a search for the cure.

I'd like to request that I be returned to my color of white if at all possible due to the fact that I hate breast cancer awareness month and choose not to give a shit about it due to the fact that so many people make out all these diseases to be soo bad when you can take the top 3 killer diseases in america and combine the number of deaths a year caused by them, it still doesn't equal the ammount of deaths a year due to suicide.

And yet, you still don't hear of "suicide awareness month" or "suicide prevention week", when its the problem we can fix, right now. Without having to raise a dime, if only people just gave a fuck more often.

I can't even begin to fathom how fucking asinine this entire comment is. Clearly the top 3 don't even come close to suicide, NOPE NOT AT ALL.

Number of deaths for leading causes of death: (http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/deaths.htm)

Heart disease: 616,067
Cancer: 562,875
Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases): 135,952
Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 127,924
Accidents (unintentional injuries): 123,706
Alzheimer's disease: 74,632
Diabetes: 71,382
Influenza and Pneumonia: 52,717
Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis: 46,448
Septicemia: 34,828

Suicide: (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/suicide-in-the-us-statistics-and-prevention/index.shtml)
Suicide is a major, preventable public health problem. In 2007, it was the tenth leading cause of death in the U.S., accounting for 34,598 deaths.1 (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/suicide-in-the-us-statistics-and-prevention/index.shtml#CDC-Web-Tool) The overall rate was 11.3 suicide deaths per 100,000 people.1 (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/suicide-in-the-us-statistics-and-prevention/index.shtml#CDC-Web-Tool) An estimated 11 attempted suicides occur per every suicide death.1 (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/suicide-in-the-us-statistics-and-prevention/index.shtml#CDC-Web-Tool)

Famous, it is the thing now. Next decade we will be made aware of some new affliction. Maybe it will be something you care about and go "Caution" rage against someone who doesn't care about it.

It shouldn't be a month long as it gets watered down to the end and most of the supporters suddenly lose interest and get on with their lives. It's just a good cause with an unrealistic goal at this point.

My other theory is that people just want to say "boobs" more.

You're not forced to do anything. It may be a psychological problem, but that doesn't mean you have to do it. Cowards commit suicide, there's lots of examples of people who accept their life and try and enjoy it even if it may seem to some as terrible.

Even if the ultimate act of suicide is a choice the path that leads you there will never be understood unless you walked the same. Its a little foolish to call them cowards...

No it's not, because they usually do it because they can't put up with life any more. In most cases their life is much better then millions (or even billions).

You don't know me so I think it's a little foolish to say that I wouldn't understand "the path" bla bla.

Your rage is a subtle sort where you uncharacteristically blast out at something, yet keep your dignity while you quickly step out.

Your choice of words did not really qualify as raging as it is generalized, but had you not cared about the subject as much, you wouldn't have said anything at all about it. You get the calm rage brand, so be happy about it.

I only used you as an example as I thought it was hilarious that you came out of left field with how you told him off.

Within the first sentence, your post is automatically out the window with it's meaning. It's not out of character for me at all to call somebody out on the forums. Now, had I said 80 different insults / profanities, I could understand. I never once said I didn't care about the subject, I said I didn't rage for an idiotic post someone made. Obviously I care about the subject.

It almost seems like you're making posts and expecting me not to read them thoroughly. But with your last edit, maybe I'm misunderstanding where you're coming from lol.

You called him out super serious, which is what I found funny. Normally, you throw in something lulzy or over the edge on purpose.

It is "rage" of the Caution variety, which isn't really rage, which is part of the irony of the joke involving Famous getting all super serious about someone's actions.

That is the best I can do with the rage of the Caution variety.

Your statement is invalid.

Suicide is a choice, cancer is not. Grow up.

Yes and the fact that it is an easily cure able if caught early and if people are "AWARE" EMPHASIS ON THE AWARENESS PART of the chance of getting the cancer etc.!! /facepalm

Also..can i get the link to donate...I'm willing to put down $20 dollars for the cause. thanks

What do you mean back on topic? I think selling all your worldly possessions for Cancer research is spot on. But seriously, my neighbor died from cancer last year, she was a widow with two children, now they live with some OCD bitch who requires that they shower every 2 hours, and she won't even let them visit the old neighborhood because apparently she believes cancer is airborne or some shit.

The church goers a few blocks down think so, but the crowd of college kids say otherwise.

No it's not, because they usually do it because they can't put up with life any more. In most cases their life is much better then millions (or even billions).

You don't know me so I think it's a little foolish to say that I wouldn't understand "the path" bla bla.

the fact that you call them cowards is enough to KNOW that you do not fully understand the problem. act, etc..

I can't even begin to fathom how fucking asinine this entire comment is. Clearly the top 3 don't even come close to suicide, NOPE NOT AT ALL.

Shit just got statistical.

Suicide is a deeply rooted psychological problem, people doesnt choose, they are mentally forced to suicide, out of bad family, bad social network/or no social network.

the fact that you call them cowards is enough to KNOW that you do not fully understand the problem. act, etc..

You do realize that they are often physiological factors contributing to depression, autism, schizophrenia which are 3 conditions that regularly lead to suicide..

psychology is not black and white.. again one word was enough to say your comment was quite mindless..

Only very few suicides are not of choice. Those are the ones that are brought upon by delusional diseases like hallucinations, skitzo, ect. ect. where they're not aware of what is happening or unaware of the circumstances. Every other act of suicide is by choice, if you know what you're doing will do to you, whether you think it's the only way out or not it's still a choice. If someone feels the only way to get out of something is to die, then it's their own fault for not trying to find other ways.

Depression never causes suicide, the people who are depressed that don't seek help causes suicide.

Anyone who chooses suicide is a coward. If they're on drugs or something and don't know that they're killing themself, I'd just say that's more an accident then suicide....

There's no fact here, you don't KNOW (wow big letters) anything.
