CHARACTERS:

Mayor:

Makes laws. Many variants.

VARIANTS:

Lazy Mayor:

Sits in office, farms cash from job. May occasionally use advert or hold a lottery. Leaves real work to CPs.

Childish Mayor:

Runs around town pretending to be a regular person while raking in cash. Has a microphone (MANDATORY) and annoying voice (MANDATORY). Will piss people off. Gets shot by angry person/assassin on job/mafia, goes into rage. Orders CPs to do inane things (such as randomly arresting people, spamming props in certain areas, or robbing stores).

Fascist Mayor:

Extremely active. Will probably rename their job to something sufficiently fascist, such as "Hitler", "Nazi", "President", or "Military Dictator". Will ban holding guns in public (to make oppression easier). Will probably make insulting the mayor or the police in advert or in regular chat (not in OOC) a crime. Gives police outrageous powers and encourages raids on political rivals/people suspected of printers/mafia/etc. Often either the result of or the cause of REVOLUTIONARIES (see below).

Gun-Toting Mayor:

Forgets he is mayor. Buys the best gun he can afford and goes straight into battle alongside his CPs (forgetting that he is a mayor, not a 14th Century King). Because he bought a gun, it will probably be better than the shit-shooters that the CPs get by default, meaning he will be more effective than 90% of the CPs (barring possibly the Chief and any smart CPs who buy guns). Bad at passing laws, will probably try to piss off the mafia for an excuse at raiding their buildings and shooting their members.

(May be expanded based on suggestions).

Mob Boss:

Leads mafia. Many variants.

Regular Mob Boss:

Leads Mafia. Makes a base (generally in either an uncreative location, such as the yellow warehouse in Downtown, or in an inconvenient location, such as the ass-end-of-nowhere underground in Downtown), organizes mob entirely for the sake of stealing money printers. Some may occasionally fight with the police or do something beside money printer hunting.

Greedy Mob Boss:

Becomes MB, sits back and does jack shit, soaking up Mob Boss money. The more creative GMBs may organize the mob entirely for their own profit, raiding the occasional place and using the printers for the Boss's personal stash. When the GMB is in charge, CPs are generally safe in the knowledge that the Mafia will not be too big of a problem.

Cop Killing Mob Boss:

Becomes Mob Boss for the sake of having an excuse to CPs and for nothing else. Will instantly set agenda to something along the lines of "KILL COPS", buys gun, shoots at police. Some may occasionally attempt raids on the police station (though because there generally aren't enough organized gangsters in Cop Killing Mobs, they usually result in failure). If you go to regular RP servers on Downtown, you will see these reasonably often.

(PERSONAL Commentary: I am okay with gangsters targeting the police on occasion. For example, if they are robbing a house and a cop walks over, the gangsters are not RDMing when they shoot that dumbass cop. However, under normal circumstances, it is completely retarded to have the Mafia exist entirely for the purpose of killing the police.)

Legal Mob Boss:

Attempts to turn the Mafia into a legal venture of some kind, such as a Mercenary Company. These guys are pretty fun to RP with, but are generally rare.

Revolutionary Mob Boss:

These Mob Bosses go halfway legit and attempt to pass themselves as either regional rulers (for example, of the underground or the ghetto), or as rightful mayors. Being Mob Bosses, they are a mixture of REVOLUTIONARY LEADER (see lower) and Mob Boss. On the plus side, they are far better at organizing than regular Revolutionaries (due mostly to /g). On the down side, they are generally more in favour of setting up their own regime than regular Revolutionaries are. They will organize gangsters (and occasionally non-gangster supporters) and attempt to take over the city from the CPs. Sometimes they actually succeed, making the mayor resign and making themselves mayor. Generally, it either fails utterly or results in some form of territorial concession (EG. The Mob Boss gets control of everything from Pawn to the Railroad and Underground).

CP:

Arrests people. Many variants.

Regular CP:

Arrests wanted people. Wants people who are shooting and causing problems. Doesn't buy a better gun. Hunts for printers.

Asshole CP:

Arrests people for whatever reason he can think of, doesn't RDM (see below). Makes up bullshit reasons to hunt for people. Does whatever he can to deal with people he suspects of being bad (for example, gun dealers). May buy a better gun. Acts like a prick.

Specialized CP:

Buys a better gun, specializes in it. For example, buys a sniper and becomes "Police Sniper".

RDMing CP:

Arrests everyone, mayor included.

BANZAI! CP:

Does not buy a better gun. Will NEVER use a gun. When this CP spots a target, he will whip out his Arrest Stick and attempt to arrest them, no matter what. Even assuming the target is behind a giant barricade with 3 friends and has a P90, this CP will CHARRRGE straight at the target, refusing to so much as touch his gun. The CP would prefer all the police be killed in a heroic charge instead of winning a gunfight with enemies and killing them. If you have ever been a criminal or a CP, you have probably seen lots of these.

MISC:

Revolutionary:

Fights against government. Attacks CPs/Mayor. Gathers a group of loyal Rebels and attempts to either (A) Make himself leader or (B) Make himself leader of a small area of the map. Often abuses advert or OOC. Successful revolutionaries may find themselves becoming mayor (and a popular mayor at that). Unsuccessful ones will be doomed to be either mere RDMers attempting to justify their RDMing (because you can't have a revolution with just 1 rebel), or getting arrested for sedition (See Fascist Mayor).

Vigilante:

Acts like a cop, but isn't a cop. Buys a gun and hunts criminals. Because he actually buys a decent gun, he will probably be more efficient at stopping crime than actual CPs. In several (extremely lulzy) situations, the Vigilante may kill a criminal, be seen by cops, and find himself fighting both vengeful criminals AND CPs.

Assassin:

Kills specific targets (for whatever reason). Usually goes for either a scoped weapon or a deagle. Extremely common targets include CP Chief, Mayor, and Mob Boss. May be either doing his assassinations for a good reason, or may be RDMing important people for attention.

Fort Guy/Secessionist:

Gathers together a bunch of friends. Builds a base inside a building such as a house. Gets lots of guns. Announces secession from the government, or alternatively announces money printers in the house. Mows down waves of CPs. Brags. Eventually gets sniped by someone smart enough to buy a scoped weapon and attack from the roof of a nearby building.

"RDMing CP:

Arrests everyone, mayor included. "
This would ruin the game big time, people would rage quit in my opinion.

Stoner Drug Dealer: Produces drugs for the sole purpose of taking them himself. He can be spotted flying through the air, walking into walls, flailing frantically after realizing he has been immobilized by cocaine, or searching desperately for more heroin before he dies.

Well, since RP's grave has already been dug, it's not gonna make much of a difference.
