Well, is it right as you join, or does it occour over a period of accumulated time?

I've never known this error message in CSS... It comes up in garry's mod all the time when you try to join a server, but there are loads of props in spawn...

I think it can also happen is loads of people are talking on the mic at once...

After reading another tread type

rate 25000

in your console, this should hopefully fix your issue.

SG uses theese rates. Works a lot better. cl_cmdrate 100; cl_updaterate 101; rate 30000

cmdrate and updaterate of 66 is now the optimum.

Happened to me a few times. Set your rate to 25000, and cl_cmdrate 66, and cl_updaterate 66. That fixed it for me.

It happens usually when people are using the mic. Too many people talking at once, and your rates are too low, causing you to have a buffer overflow and disconnect you.
