This is a really simple tutorial to stop your props disappearing in-game!
It's really simple, when you spawn a prop, it will either be
Static
Dynamic
Physics
To see which one is which, while in the "World Model" Browser, hit the "Info Tab" (Under the Viewer)
It will state which model uses the different prop_ types!
Simple, but god can save a lot of time!!
