I have seen this problem before, sometimes it happened by toolbars from different things that block the browser itself. I suggest you turn them off first.
If that doesn't work, reinstall Mozilla Firefox.
To be on the safeside, i suggest you install Advanced Systemcare. It's a very good program and is good for multiple stuff.
For your luck, it's a free giveaway (did it too), so you can have to full program for free (lucky you :p)
You can get the code and download it here (http://db.iobit.com/license-free/asc-free-license.php).
Let it run for spyware and the full stuff, you'll be amazed what your pc get's do endure ^^

Side advice: Always run Advanced Systemcare after watching Porn! :D

First try Disabling all your addons and reinstall firefox. and see if it is still an issue. then go with Zarakis idea

try a different browser such as chrome, if it is fixed it is firefox specific,
you should try downgrading to a more earlier version by uninstalling and then installing the old one
