IP is 76.109.72.157

I believe it is a static ip but not 100% sure, it's Comcast Cable.

Comcast uses dynamic IP's, unless you paid extra for a static IP.

that ip matches the post you just made veggie.

Are you at the point of the above post able to access the forums normally? the forums are logging your actual ip and not a proxy it sees which suggests you can see the forum fine....

if yes then I'll submit that ip, otherwise i need you to check again please.

bc you flushed your DNS. yes, when a host changes servers or the like, it may take some people offline for a while even long after everything is sorted. But your ISP hasn't updated their DNS tables, so when you flush it, it may not be instant but you should eventually be able to connect again (that is, if you flush after the ISP has updated their DNS tables)

Tagging this as fixed since Veggie has said it is working now.
