Some Props Disappear?

Some I'm a noob with hammer and I'm just trying to make a simple map just to familiarize myself with it but I've run into a problem. Basically in hammer editor all of my props are visible and appear where the should. So then I compile (proper term?) the map and test it out in CSS and some of the props are gone. In some instances these are props which I just copied and the copy is still there but not the original, and in other cases the entire type of prop is gone.

What am I doing wrong?:confused1:

Some props only work as some entity types. Like, some props can only be prop_physics, but not prop_static. Check the console to see if anything pertaining to the props say DELETED. or anything in red.

There's a Info tab on the model browser that tells you exactly what prop type that model can use.
