FAYDE IS THE SHIT

She basically has a 5 second stun if you do it right, plus during that time she does like a fucking boatload of damage. Then you ulti and hit you opponent for like 125 every second for 4 seconds as a DoT spell on top of physical, plus a stun should be up by that time.

Shit is rigged.

Chipper had a 70% instant slow on his aoe line ultimate ontop of the instant damage + overtime damage. Lol gankers wut wut.

What do you get charges on his ulti from?

He gets charged from mana spent by enemy heroes. Pseudo counter initiation.
