Training (atk,str,def) how?

Ok, i got a runescape character with:
atk:52
str:50
def:53
i would like ot have def and atk at lvl 60 but what is a good and fast way to do that
i already know stealing creation :D

Well, I usually train it whilst training slayer, it's nice imo, try leveling slayer at the same time and you'll get through it faster.

There really is no "fast" way.

Just go to rock crabs and kill them.

Yeah, as a non member I always leveled on moss giants.
I became member at level 98.

Why not lessar demons???

There are some in karimija (how ever its spelt) in its volcano like lvl 85's and there are only like 2-3 ppl there.

why waste food on something when you could get greater xp p/h using lesser food

Food doesn't really matter, Karmja has harpoon and lobby fishing; if you bring a pot/harpoon, flint, and an axe you're set. It's not much of a walk either; you just need to have finished the f2p quest where you slay the dragon.

Yeah lol. Everyone i know have wanted to do dragon slayer ALL the time while they havent been member. This is also my frist time i see someone that has forgot the name :P

u know in there are also deadly red spiders with awsome hp and they hit 0 on me so i kill them kinda
