Admin suites

Thought about bringing the cool admin skins back, I liked most of them.

I do not know anything specific about the link to download, but I'd be appreciated if someone managed to add the skins back to the Escape server etc.

The admin skins were removed from the escape server because of lag issues. I believe Paul is doing some tests soon.
