Getting kicked from Surf and PB

i didnt really know wer to post this but i have a mate who gets kicked from just the 2 steamgamers servers: surf and Prison break and it always says something along the lines of "Host_Error: CL_CopyExistingEntity: missing client entity 220" he has tried reinstalling CSS and tried other ways to fix but so far he has had no luck can any1 help?

delete the cstrike folder and config.
