how big are demo files for say 5 minutes? what should i use to record gameplay? is recording a demo the best? cuz i'd record shit a lot more but i dont have a lot of room or how the hell you change demo file to a video file?

Type this in console:

record <NAME OF THE DEMO>

Don't use spacebar.

And just send me the .dem file
