Not completely true. I am not sure if it helps or not but I know for a fact it does not guarantee me a beta key.

I really want the beta key and if you can type in a promo code why not help me out instead of leaving it blank. Its not that big of a deal.

If you don't use my promo code that is fine, I am just asking if you register for the beta or the site and want to type in my promo code then thank you.
