Virtual Dub Tutorial

1. Go to the file where your "TGA's" are located. (C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\counter-strike source\cstrike)

2. Click and drag the first TGA file into VirtualDub. (Should look something like - "Soul000.tga")

3. Allow it to import all the TGA's. (Frames)

4. If you drag the first one in and in the corner (Or anywhere) a box doesn't come up, loading all the frames you must - Click your very first TGA, hold shift, scroll down, and click on the very last TGA file. (This will highlight the first to the last. Make sure you don't have any other files in the way. A good way to do this is to type in the search box - "(Name) - "TGA".

5. After loading everything in, go up to "Video" - "Color Depth" and set your options to -

6. If you want to load your audio in now, go up to "Audio" - "WAV Audio" and go back to the same place you did for your TGA files. Double click and enjoy. (C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\counter-strike source\cstrike) It'll most likely be "Name you imputed".Wav (In my case above, the TGA files were "Soul000.tga" - the .WAV will be like this - "Soul.WAV"

7. Go back up to "Video" - Then to "Frame Rate". After there, click on the box next to "Change frame rate to (FPS)" - And input the same framerate you recorded it with. (This would be what you had for "Host_framerate #"

8. Go to "Video" and then to "Compression". Make sure it's set to "Uncompressed" - This will ensure highest quality. You'll compress it later.

9. Now that you're all done, hit "File" - "Save as AVI" - and save it.

You're done! Congratulations!
