u gotta copy and paste the url that the sig has and put it in edit signature. add
around it

i did and it says remote file to large..this is alittle better..but how do i make it the size wacki made it?

I think when you uploaded it to Photo bucket you re-sized the image. Try re-uploading it and make sure it doesn't get re-sized. The file is isn't even a tenth of a meg, should be fine.
