Enforcing file consistency OFF plz [Archive]

Please make sure "Enforcing file consistency" is disabled.

It's 9:08 pm at -05:00 and I can't join the server cuz of Enforcing file consistency crap.

Note: All my weapons are re-skinned and re-modeled thx to fpsbanana

It's not any use when people hack around VAC anyways. Model hacks are depreciated when there are people using ESP and aimbots. Most servers have consistency off anyways.

I agree, US Escape is the only server that give me shit about skins. As soon as the server crashes/restarts, its not letting me in.

Some skins are harmless but keeping file consistency on allows us to keep out some of the skins that actually help a player cheat. IMO we should keep it on. There are a lot of skins out there that will pass the file consistency. Maybe try downloading only quality skins not crap.

It's not like VAC works, what difference will it make if people are using aimbots, no recoil, and ESP? Lots of quality skins give you the consistency crap.

Just a simple search of consistency on CDG forums (the guys who make nearly ALL of the quality releases that get hosted on FPSBanana.

I'll try that but for now, I can join the US Escape Server again. So until I have this problem again. I'll have to re-install all the old weapon models and just re-skin them.

Arc, VAC does work, to the best of its ability. You cannot honestly expect it to detect all hacks.

What I find odd is that I've only ever had consistency errors with w_models...I simply deleted all my w_models and have not had any problems since. But it is kind of lame to pick up an AUG and then switch to my SCAR.
