What is my map about?
A deathrun map with the theme neon with a kind of space effect. Everything is custom textures, some I made and some I downloaded from FPSB.

NEW INFO
I took out the ministages, and im adding a new area with traps, the first area is in the screenie, its all sci-fi with neon, the second area will be made of displacements and floating rocks, your basically in space. Also Im changing the name to Deathrun_SpaceNeon, for more "unique-ness".

Teh Artwork is amazing! nice custom content going it just looks like another game not css!
any features? It be cool if players would have the option to slowly slide or fast so they are forced to go through a trap sooner or later

P.S. Lots of custom textures will run your bsp really high sizewise.

While it won't glow neon like the neon textures, if you have anything that just needs to be a plain colour, make the colour white, then make it a func_brush, then for render colour put the colour you need it to be. THat way it isn't a custom texture, but it is still a custom colour :)

That would take a long time..... Im guessing, also is it the amount of custom textures or amount that are used?

From what I understand it's just the number of different custom textures, you download the custom texture and it should be just like any other texture.. So as long as you are repeating the same ones, it shouldn't be a huge deal. But I may be mistaken.

Looks great so far, but from the pictures, it doesn't really look right to me for some reason.. I don't know why though. Still seems like a sick idea though!

same here I think it makes more fun when the maps are bright, actually there is no need for a light_env.. just full bright maps are fucking cool :).

like ba_jail_razor will always win, no matter how much detail etc other maps have, so reconsider the lighting u fat :O

The map is on hold, I could finish off the ending, but you know me, Zzzzzzzzzzzzz.
About the lighting, Its in space, so I would of guessed it being dark? I could make it lighter.

make it lighter and stop playing bfbc2, I always jump to othe rgames for 2 weeks but always came back 2 counter-strike

:D its time 4 you to start playing css again my friend and finish the map. Our deathrun server misses good maps

I do still play CS:S lol, but my laptop keeps overheating and its specs are shit, so I lag alot.
Needz PC.
