Configuration in game:
I always try to use a slow sensitivity, but it is always preference, a slow sensitivity offers you a better memory of where to flick, or shoot to hit shots easier instead of having to move your mouse at precise movements.
I play at:
400 dpi
3.0 Sensitivity ingame
I always try to use a small crosshair scale, headsize, again this is preference.
For a good in game resolution you would want to use something like:
800x600
This makes it much easier to hit shots as everything is larger, when you switch from
1024x768 I think it is, you'll notice the difference right away.
I also like to use the Cal gui v2.0, doesn't really help you much, just looks nice.
Cevo Gui is also good looking, find them both here:

Also a very good way to practice is too use mm_Kozzy_Targets, which is muscle memory
and helps you remember where you have to aim to make a shot, here is a better
