Used Item Description
I am selling a modified version of this picture:

but sadly, while I was editing it, I went to take a dump and my dog wrote my old runescape account info on it and saved it, then did some hacking shit so now I can't delete it.

The account, I beleive is level 67, not a member, but has a DDLong, from along time ago. If you want to see the stats, jsut search his name (Mr Whitey999). Price

It's a skin. Axel made a thread somewhere that I cannot find that included a bunch of steam skins.

There are some built in skins.

Open Steam>Settings>Interface

Then you can choose from 4 skins, and the default skin.
