View Full Version : 3D skybox problem

Well for the past week, I had my map finished, so I added a 3D skybox that only has water brushes in it, to give the map the ocean "feel", and everytime I compile the map it does give me the right results, however, it also places a copy of the map on the side of the map where the 3D sky is, so i don't know what it is, I've checked for extra cameras and remade the sky box about 10 times and complied about 20 so, any help would be nice, thx. :P

unless you can walk on them its not a big deal right? I mean maybe there is a way to avoid it, but even valve themselves didnt bother to delete copies of stuff in their own maps.

If you can see it while you play the map then move it directly below the actual map so you cant see it (because the ground will block the view).

There is no way to avoid actually getting to it in noclip though, because it is essentially another part of the map just unable to get to via playable means.

thx, actually just moved it to the top of the grid and no more copy ;D
