This is just a simple question I hope someone has not already asked this question.
When I first got into ventrilo I tried to switch channels but gives me an error saying I'm not aloud to switch channels manually. I also read somewhere that you can send a Private message to someone. Well when I try to do that the option is blocked or "off limits" to me.
