Something Funny..

Hey ,
I incurred with a problem just suddenly.
Lately Ive been playing Css Fine with a fine ping , not getting kicked.
Now Suddenly , On All Css Servers My ping is extremely high (300-400) and the funny thing is that im not lagging At all . .
Whats wrong?
Could It be a virus?
I dont know, I dont really understand.
