Killing Floor has come to SteamGamers! Click the image to visit the Steam Store

Over the next few days we will be rolling out four or more Killing Floor servers. We already have two up and running for when the game gets released later today and we are working on at least two more.

To me, that game is absolutely horrible. Horrible Graphics compared to other games and the gameplay is getting so easily boring.

Did you try bumping the graphics up to highest? it almost rivals L4D in that aspect.

Gameplay has alot more strategy involved than L4D, cooler weapons in my opinion, more realistic recoil, etc.
You can't get more badass than jumping into a hoard to pull out a floundering teammate while dual-wielding .50 cal Desert Eagles.

Also: Patriarch > Tank

Gameplay has alot more strategy involved than L4D, cooler weapons in my opinion, more realistic recoil, etc.
You can't get more badass than jumping into a hoard to pull out a floundering teammate while dual-wielding .50 cal Desert Eagles.

Having a good team on ventrilo would be awesome.

Hard mode on this game is harder than expert on l4d, and there's a suicidal mode we haven't even touched yet.

But that was on easy...i bumped it up to normal now with long mode. We've gotten to wave 7/7 on one of the maps but the flesh pounds killed us all.

This game is super fun, Camp and shot mutants and its either stick together or you die. It's not even close to L4D, the weapons are pretty awesome aswell. And the Zedtime(slow motion) makes the game funner when there is a intense struggle going on.

I hate the boss!

I was pubbin with some players that were really good. We got to the boss on Hard mode, on West London.

Tbh I'm just gunna throw this out there.

Our servers should be private...I know they're there to promote our community and that's their whole purpose, but seriously no one from SG really plays in our servers unless 6 of us join one at once, otherwise we're in privates made from different members to avoid stupid people joining and messing everything up.

I fully understand and agree with the move to try and put our name out there by jumping on KF soon as it came out, but seriously we don't even occupy it. As a community we're basically for the most part paying for 3 servers no one even uses. The fact KF has no Admin system yet makes for even less reason to play and more to play on one of the privates (There's like what, 3 now?) that are nearly always full during the day while our open ones basically have no people or have randoms that more than likely don't even bother to check the site.

L4D and KF are not exactly games to be getting members from. Until KF is able to have perks enabled and have like 20 slots and more/larger maps, I don't really think we'll be getting much community out if it...

Well the ability to have us Admins have Admin is what I meant.

And I remember hearing about the KF SDK having tons of glitches and being overly confusing to use so I'm not sure if they'll clean it up a bit soon or if it will be after they finish fixing the bugs in-game that they already have.

It's a change of pace from CS if thats what your looking for? also the fact that you can level up perks to give yourself a extra advantage gives it a RPG type feel

I guess I'm a reg on the SG KF servers. Just signed up today. So guys I was playing KF today, and I saw the 24/7 defence and arcade with a max of 6 people. I then thought, "Cool. now I can level while playing arcade all day." When I joined it it said that perk progress was still disabled even though the max players was reduced to 6 people from 16. I mean I'd play if perk progress was disabled with 16 people but with 6? )= Can anyone tell me if this is permanent? Sorry if there was a thread about it I didn't read, cause I'm a noob. D:
