yah but its better than achievment farms.... and the bow is actaully really powerfull half charged it can kill up to like a engy and fully charged which only takes a second it can one shot a heavy in the head and i think kill a soilder one hit (havent really tested it but im amazing with it)

well its completly random you get them for kills doing the objective assits or hurting someone basiclly playing the game how its supposed to be played
