Admin Duties

I think that there should be a rule that admins have to do their admin duties or what is needed for players at that second and not hold it off for latter. For example if Ron b-If an admin bans multiple people from a server because of one name changing freekiller he should be required to remove the other bans before he does anthing else (like go to bed).
